I have presented on radio for over 20 years, Dj'ed in clubs throughout the UK including Brighton Beach Parties. I was awarded the 'Best' female DJ twice. I have played in Europe, Belgium, Germany and Rotterdam. I am the founder and General Manager of BCR 103.1fm and the Manager of Sheffield Racial Equality Council. I love that we have our own radio station now in Sheffield that is legal and licenced. People are listening to us from all over the world. The radio and music industry has very much been a real 'mans world' so as a lady i have had to be a tough cookie, sometimes too tough for some people. I love all the presenters, staff and volunteers that make up the BCR Family and the family is NOT complete without the wonderful listeners.
