Open Mic Night Registration Form

Registration Fee: £1.50 per person

Fee should be paid in advance to BCR 103.1 FM headquarters based at Third Floor Sorby House, 42 Spital Hill, Burngreave, Sheffield, S4 7LG

However alternatively you can pay on the door on night risk not getting in to perform.

If Fee is paid in advance or at the door, registration before hand is still essential.

All performers on the night will be given approx 8 Minutes to perform their act so be prepared.

All registered performers must be at the venue by 7:00pm at the latest to be allocated their time slots and to have over their back track if applicable - Please note CD format preferred.

Requirements (Please be informed that we will only be offering a microphone and PA system, any further requirements will need to be met by the performer.)

Promotional Opportunities
  1. BCR 103.1 FM will be offering performers the opportunity to sell any promo material (CD's, Books etc) However a royalty of 15% out of each sale will be deduced.

  2. BCR 103.1 FM will be offering performers the chance to be given a profile section on the BCR website containing networking links such as iTunes, Facebook, MySpace etc. This will be charged at a monthly payment of £10.00 a month. However quarterly payments or yearly payments can be negotiated.

Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that this event is an reflection of BCR 103.1 FM and as such we strongly ask performers to censor any abusive material such as swearing or any culturally inappropriate pieces.

This can be done by leaving out this material via word replacement or totally skipped.

I agree that I will NOT drink any alcoholic substances or use any illegal drugs. This is strongly prohibited from use at any BCR event and within the confines of the venue. If caught with said items, you will be asked to leave the venue and removed from the event. We ask that performers respect the time limit and generally be courteous of other performers and all others in attendance.
